Editorial Policy

Sourcing, checking, bylines, dates and commercial links, set out so you can judge what you read on Dyana Dropship.

The standard we hold ourselves to

This page describes how Dyana Dropship is made. It is here so that you can decide how much weight to give anything else on the site.

Named writers

Bylines are real people with real archives attached. If you disagree with a piece, you can see what else the same person has written and judge accordingly.

The drafting process

  • Dump first. Everything the writer believes goes down, unsorted.
  • Mark the soft parts. Anything held on memory rather than evidence gets flagged.
  • Check or cut. A flagged claim is either supported or removed. There is no third option.
  • Second reader. Somebody else hunts for sentences that sound more certain than the evidence allows.

We earn from some outbound links. That pays for hosting and research time, and it does not decide the verdict of any page.

If a partner asks us to remove a criticism, the answer is no, and the request itself may end up mentioned in a future article.

Our refusals

  • Claims about outcomes that nobody can verify.
  • Content produced only to fill a keyword slot.
  • Recommendations we would not give a friend who asked in person.

How we choose what to write

A subject earns a page when somebody has asked about it twice, or when we went looking for the answer ourselves and came back empty handed.

Dates

The date on an article is the date it was published. When a change alters the advice, we update the modified date and say what changed. Cosmetic edits do not reset the date, because pretending a page is fresher than it is helps nobody.

How mistakes are handled

Corrections go to info@dyanadropship.com. Include the address and the sentence. Anything factual is fixed without argument. Anything that changes what the article recommends gets a dated note underneath, so the change is visible.
